1. Sweepstakes Entry Period: 

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) March 7, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET April 7, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of one (1) drawing (“Drawing”) to award twelve (12) prizes (each a “Prize”) on or about April, 8 2024.

2. Eligibility: 

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority where you reside, whichever is older, at the time of entry (“Entrant” or “you”). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities"), contractors, partners, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate or win a Prize. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All Entrants (as defined above) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. All Entrants must release Sponsor, Administrator, Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies subsidiaries, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors and assigns of each, of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from all claims, liability, lawsuits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries (including death), losses, and damages relating to their participation, acceptance and use misuse of any Prize (as defined below). Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage, including death caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of Prize. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.

3. How To Enter: 

During the Sweepstakes Entry Period you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sponsors page online at https://myskillit.com/ and creating an account by completing all of the required information (your “Entry”) on the sign up page. You can receive a second entry  by following the Sponsor on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/myskillit. Limit two (2) entries per person, email address or household, [regardless of the number of submissions].

Entries may only be submitted by a single registered email account user; group or commercial submissions are not permissible. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same device, account, IP or email address. Entrants may not (whether apparent or suspected) enter through a sweepstakes/contest club or exchange site (or similar method, whether or not paid), with multiple or false identities, accounts, or devices, or use multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, or use any other device or artifice to enter. Engaging directly or indirectly in any (apparent or suspected) artifice, cheating, fraud, spamming, phishing, on-line clubs (or similar methods), exchange sites, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like participation methods as determined in Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion, will void all such Entries, and disqualify any entrant suspected of using/benefitting from such methods.

Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, ineligible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, destroyed, damaged, or misdirected Sweepstakes related communications (in whole or in part including into entrant’s spam/junk folders); or for any equipment, computer, telephone, device, network, platform, app, electronic, hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; nor service provider, Internet, website, user accessibility or availability, incompatibility, traffic congestion, unauthorized human intervention or any human error, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry, or other information, nor for the failure to capture or display any such information.

Entrants must not engage in phishing or spamming. Apparent or suspected phishing or spamming, sending of junk communications or the use of any unauthorized method or automated system to participate is prohibited, and, if discovered at any time will void the applicable Entry and entrant suspected of using/benefitting from such methods in Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion.

4. Sweepstakes/Drawing Date:

A random drawing will take place by the Administrator on or about April 8, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

LIMIT: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person, per household over the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Accessing the Sweepstakes via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset, or for data usage while accessing the Sweepstakes through your mobile device, according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. 5. Winner Notification:

Potential winners will be notified by the Administrator via email or phone within 2 calendar days of the respective Drawing. The failure to respond to such notification or a potential winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and at Administrator’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected. If the selected Winner is unable to accept a Prize in its entirety for any reason, the selected Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

Winner(s) of a Prize valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and a Confidentiality Agreement, and a W-9 taxpayer identification form, within three (3) calendar days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. In the event that any prize notification message is returned as undeliverable or if no response to the prize notification message is received within the time period stated or if the Winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among remaining eligible submissions.

By accepting a Prize, the Winner irrevocably grant(s) Sponsor the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name, Prize won, likeness, photograph, voice, address (state) and biographical information in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, Sweepstakes and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

6. Prize/ Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $432 each.TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS $5,076. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Limitation of Liability:

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, state of Nevada without regard to conflict of laws principles, with venue in Clark County, and all claims must be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM AN ENTRANT’S DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

8. Conditions of Participation:
