The experience

Whether you’re interested in competing in a triathlon or just looking to get pointers on how to become a better swimmer, cyclist or runner, this Skillit is for you! Join us for a non-competitive, comfortably paced, abbreviated triathlon walkthrough. In this training session, we will dive into topics that include proper mindset, training and preparation. You’ll pick up tips on good nutrition, effective sleep, whole-body mobility and injury prevention. You’ll discuss each leg of the triathlon and complete a simulated walkthrough without a timer to get a feel for the competition and learn how to go through each leg. You’ll leave with a medal for your efforts and a better appreciation for the sport - and just maybe the urge to compete in your first triathlon.
