Whether you're looking for less stress, fewer arguments, or more moments of calm, this class is designed to bring you closer as a family while promoting well-being for everyone. In this fun and empowering session, families of all sizes and skill levels will explore basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices in a lighthearted, supportive environment. You’ll connect with each other, reduce tension and create a shared yoga routine that can help nurture both your body and your bond. By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling more peaceful, connected and energized, ready to bring a little more mindfulness and joy into your everyday family life!

Jill is a former pro soccer player, US Women’s National Team member and doula who has evolved into a transformational life coach and certified yoga teacher. Her motto, “Deeper, fuller, truer” reflects her commitment to inner peace, compassion and women’s empowerment for which she is recognized. With more than 20 years of experience in personal development, mindfulness and womens' circle facilitation, Jill blends her athletic mindset with heart and wisdom to guide women and families towards a more extraordinary life. A UCLA Psychology graduate, Jill combines her knowledge of human behavior with mind-body practices to offer practical tools and deep support for personal transformation.
