Mayo

Mayo is a former Miami Dolphin and accomplished multi-sport athlete with a lifelong dedication to peak performance. He played competitive polo for 14 years and has completed 15 Ironman triathlons, including the prestigious World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. An Ironman is one of the most grueling endurance events in the world, consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and a full 26.2-mile marathon run—all completed consecutively in a single day. Mayo’s journey from professional football to high-level endurance sports reflects his relentless drive, discipline, and commitment to testing the limits of human potential. His experiences inspire others to embrace challenge, resilience, and a mindset of no boundaries.
