The experience

Never done a triathlon before? No problem! Join us for a non-competitive, comfortably paced, abbreviated triathlon walkthrough that takes place entirely indoors. In this indoor training session, you’ll dive into topics that include proper mindset, training and preparation. You’ll pick up tips on good nutrition, effective sleep, whole-body mobility and injury prevention. You’ll practice swimming in a pool, cycling on a stationary bike and running on a track to get a feel for the competition and to learn how to go through each leg. You’ll finish up with a discussion on how to pursue triathlon further for those up for it, and a medal for each participant. Participants should be able to swim at least 50 yards without stopping (this is not a swim instruction, ride a bike 3 miles in 30 minutes or less and run 1 mile in 20 minutes or less.
