Never done Pilates? No problem! Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, this unique Pilates experience has valuable learnings for everyone. Begin with a discussion on the history, then explore the many benefits of this form of movement. Explore how Pilates movements help support athletes through rehabilitation and why it’s advantageous to start Pilates at a young age. You and your family will then be led through a 50-minute pilates workout. You’ll take home a personalized workout with detailed explanations that you can do at home again and again.

Annie is originally from Montreal Canada. After graduating college, she joined Cirque du Soleil as a Stage Manager and toured the world. Cirque brought her to Las Vegas in 2012. After seeing injuries to the acrobats, dancers and clowns and being injured herself she rehabbed with Pilates and decided to become a Certified Pilates Instructor. She is a graduate from Master Trainer Gracie Martinez and holds a certificate as a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor with over 1000 hours. Annie is currently an apprentice in the Balanced Body Education Program on her way to becoming a Master Trainer. Annie is a member of Core Compassion Project®, a non-profit with a mission to restore, support, and strengthen breast cancer patients and survivors to heal mentally and physically.
