Marcela Saito has an extensive gastronomic career working with great chefs in restaurants and cafes, up until launched her own business in 2021. The focus was Charcuterie Boards and Catering Events. Marcela loves create new ideas, work with fresh and seasonal products. Each board is unique and has her staple of love for the craft and approaching the creative process with fun and open mind.
