Matthew is an amateur home chef that after his first trip to Italy wanted to find a way to recreate true Neapolitan pizza at home. He has spent the last 5 years experimenting with different doughs (homemade vs store bought), sauces, and toppings to duplicate the authentic flavor and texture of Neapolitan style pizza. He believes that the best food comes from the best ingredients and with a little instruction and a couple of tools, anyone can bring a little bit of Italy into their home.
