You will learn how to make contemporary fish into unique meals with some small added touches. The eating in this class will be epic and fish meals at home will never be the same. You will cook and eat: 1) Black Cod with Brussels Sprouts and Ham Broth 2) Coconut Oil Poached Red Snapper 3) Shrimp and Grits 4) Clams in Curry Leaf Tomato Broth.
