With this class you will learn to hold a knife properly, develop speed, increase precision and learn to enjoy your time in the kitchen. We’ll cover knife safety and care, knife motion, choosing a knife/knife shapes and uses, common veggies/fruit and classic cuts. You will become a slicing/dicing machine . . . maybe . . .with enough practice.
- Natasha will provide knives, peelers, vegetables - you can bring your own if you'd like.
- You can take home the vegetables and fruits you cut for use at home!

After completing her Masters degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts at George Brown, she headed over to France to explore France’s deep culinary history and tradition. Natasha believes food should be easy to make, delicious to eat and is best enjoyed when shared. It leads to good conversation, exposes diners to new cultures, and makes great memories.
